How to be filled with Holy Spirit always! Discipline yourself!

#1 Declare and MAKE A STRONG DECISION in your heart not to lust upon anyone. "I made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a girl." (Job 31:1)

#2 With lack of prayer and reading Bible you will fall into temptation. So Be Disciplined and grown up unto the point where its automatic that you seek God in the Morning, Day and Night, praying, reading Bible. “Why do you sleep? Rise and pray, lest you enter into temptation.” Luke 22:46  (Jesus said this to his disciples who were praying 1 hour...)  BE A DANIEL WHO PRAYED EARNESTLY 3 TIMES A DAY! probably on his knees face on the ground. for greater grace goes to the humble!

#3 Being in the Sodom culture alone will make you lust. Therefore, cut off every entertainments(worldly movies, music, books) worldly friends(some are believers of Jesus), even facebook or youtube if that leads you to sin and to hellish life. For they will, will! influence you to sin. Especially if you're not strong in the Lord. For friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God.

#4 Seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness! seek God, grow strong in God and building your faith enough so you can Evangelize! be filled with Holy Spirit and then ASK FOR A SPOUSE! God will give you if you live to do His Will. 1 Corinthians 7:9  but if they cannot exercise self-control, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion.

Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

Romans 8:6 For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace. (So communicate with Holy Spirit as much as possible)

Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.

Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. (Galatians 5:24)

For you have spent enough time in the past doing what pagans choose to do - living in debauchery, lust, drunkenness, orgies, carousing and detestable idolatry. (1 Peter 4:3)

It is God's will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control his own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the heathen, who do not know God; and that in this matter no one should wrong his brother or take advantage of him. (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5)

Treat younger men as brothers, older women as mothers, and younger women as sisters, with absolute purity. (1 Timothy 5:1-2)

Let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and hope of salvation as a helmet. (1 Thessalonians 5:8)

Encourage the young men to be self-controlled. (Titus 2:6)

Flee the evil desires of youth, and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. (2 Timothy 2:22)

You have heard that it was said, "Do not commit adultery." But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. (Matthew 5:27-28)

Like a city whose walls are broken down is a man who lacks self-control. (Proverbs 25:28)

Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. (Romans 6:12)

2 Timothy 2:22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

Hebrews 13:4 Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

1 Peter 1:14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
